We’re glad you enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the lake-view patio, and we appreciate your kind words about the welcome touches and my daughter’s responsiveness during our absence. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. The refrigerator issue, sink drainage, gate problems, and internet interruption were certainly not the standard experience we aim to provide. Some of these issues unfortunately occurred unexpectedly during your extended stay, but we appreciate you bringing them to our attention so they could be addressed. Regarding the community amenities, the HOA has specific guest-access rules that can occasionally require owner coordination, and we understand how that may have felt inconvenient. We are also reviewing kitchen inventory and maintenance items based on your comments to improve the experience for future guests.
