It is located in the Hotel Zone, on a very quiet and safe closed street. Across the main avenue you can find Tortugas Beach with its beautiful blue caribbean colors. Right there you can take the ferry to Isla Mujeres.



Easy access by public transportation. 5 min from the area of nightclubs, restaurants and shops.

The Space:

It is a full, private studio, located on the ground floor so it is not necessary to take more than two steps at the entrance.



You will have the studio just for you, with:

We use a self check-in system to facilitate your stay. We leave the keys in a box next to the door with a code so they can arrive at any time.



Guest Access:

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the tranquility of our studio located in the Cancun Hotel Zone, on a dead-end street that guarantees peace and security.



The location is perfect for an unforgettable vacation. Just a few steps away, crossing the main avenue, you will find Cancun's beautiful beaches and access to the ferry for Isla Mujeres.



For your convenience, there is also an Oxxo convenience store very close by.



Getting Around:

Taking public transportation is very easy from the apartment—no need to rent a car!



The bus stop is right on the street corner and will take you all through the Hotel Zone and downtown.



If you have a car, we have one parking spot available (shared with the downstairs studio). You can also park on the street; it is a safe area. Please do not use the parking spaces across the street, as they belong to the neighbors.



The property is located approximately 20 minutes from the airport. If you need airport transportation or a driver during your stay, we have trusted staff available to assist you.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
