We enjoyed our escape from Wisconsin's snow storm but was hoping for some warmer temperatures. Enjoyed our visit to the Brewer's spring training and visiting State Farm stadium

The location was in a safe, well-maintained area, and the condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. One of the best features was its prime spot—situated directly in front of the pool and hot tub, making it incredibly convenient for relaxation.Check-in and check-out were seamless, with clear instructions that made the process effortless. We especially loved starting our mornings on the patio, enjoying breakfast in the peaceful atmosphere. The condo’s central location made it easy to explore—Sedona, Tempe, Peoria, and Mesa were all within a smooth and manageable drive.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Directions to condo were minimal at best. Condo was not ready for occupancy. Carpets were soaking wet. Contacted Scott who had a manager call. The manager told me to open a door and turn on the fan and he would bring me slippers. I asked for another place to stay or a full refund. He also told me I should be thanking him for cleaning the carpets. I repeatedly asked to speak to the owner but was told I was being mean, an angry person, and was hurting his feelings. We left and spent hours locating another place to stay. A few hours later a person from The Evolve Team called, agreed the condo was not ready for occupancy, and worked to get me a full refund. The Evolve Team was great. The owner and manager of the condo terrible and very unprofessional.

Nice place!

This 2 bedroom condo/apartment was nice and would actually sleep probably 6 if needed. It ended up just being my husband and I during this trip. Pool was right next to condo but was never busy, gym was down a ways but not too far. House itself was great with no issues and great instructions for guests. About 15-20 minutes from Mayo Clinic (which is why we were there) and about 25 minutes from Phoenix airport.

Property was neat and clean. Couple of comments. Lack of any online TV was disappointing and the property needs some upgrades/repairs. Example the smoke detector was missing.

Definitely lived in spot. Unfortunately we had no Internet. Our entire stay. Television stations did not come in hardly at all no extra towels for the pool or hot tub. If you plan on being there much, you should probably bring your own paper towels and laundry detergent. The trashcan in the kitchen is the size of doll furniture. Especially for an accommodating guess of more than one. Just plan to have your trash bag hanging out in the kitchen on the floor. It was a quiet neighborhood and seemed to feel safe.

Ok for young party crowd

Condo was clean, but decor included many huge liquor bottles, disorganized kitchen cupboards and drawers, and bed linen sprayed with heavily scented fabric dry wash cleaner. Cleaners were too busy to come and wash linen, so I had to run them through the washer to get rid of the terrible odor. Written directions in the condo could include key and fob directions on how to enter pool area and how to get out of gated complex! Pool was advertised as heated, but it was too cold to enter. Hot tub was on and working. Night lights around condo are very bright, and window coverings in both bedrooms are inadequate to keep bright light out for sleeping. Owner was courteous, but not in Arizona. Someone could have reached out to us throughout our five day stay, especially have our first day calling with questions and complaints. I would not rent this unit again, but maybe it would work well for a group of friends down for sun and partying.😊

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings as our week was cooler than normal. Scott was warm, friendly and easy to communicate with. Only suggestion would be to improve the reception for the TV and upgrade the channel capacity. (No national news) Thanks, Scott! Cozy Condo on ground floor

Communication was straight forward and the condo owner was very responsive. The condo has two bedrooms, one with bunk beds, a full size bed and no closet. We had a relatively short stay, so not a big deal but FYI. The location is close to the freeway, some fast food and Costco if needed.
