Remodel completed in Nov 2024 on this spacious 3BR/2BA condo on a small lake. Access to I-17 and dozens of restaurants just a few minutes away. Light-rail station with free parking only 1 mile away. 2 covered parking spaces. 2-week minimum stay required. This condo is a great place to call homebase while you're away or for a long-term stay! One pet over age 2 and under 50lbs welcome.

Master Bedroom - large bedroom with king bed on the second floor and has exclusive access to the balcony. Has a desk with monitor and chair, small refrigerator, large dresser, night stands on both sides of the bed, 42-inch Smart TV with Roku stick, and a large closet.
Bedroom 2 - queen bed with desk, chair, 2 dressers, small Roku Smart TV, closet on the second floor.
Bedroom 3 - this bedroom is on the first floor and has access to one of the 2 patios. Queen bed with a desk, chair, 2 large closets, tall dresser.
Bathroom 1 - downstairs, next to Bedroom 1.
Bathroom 2 - full bath, upstairs between the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2.
Living Area - has a couch and reclining chair, 50-inch Smart TV with Roku stick. Open floorplan with the dining area and kitchen.
Kitchen - well-stocked galley style kitchen adjacent to the dining area, which has seating for 6. Full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. Ice maker, air fryer, blender and many other extras.
There is a community pool and hot tub in the condo complex. For those visiting in the cooler months, the pools is not heated. This is an older condo complex and the maintenance of the grounds is not always the best, so if you're looking for a newer or more upscale community with great amenities, this might not be for you.
