Great location for what I was visiting for. Close to many things, but in a quiet area. Very nice and well kept. If I'm ever in need of a place to stay in Louisville again, I would try to book this.

This house was perfect for our needs! The upstairs living space is much more spacious than it seems in photos and is so thoughtfully decorated. The house was also fully stocked with everything we needed including coffee, cleaning supplies and nice toiletries.

Beautiful cottage in quiet neighborhood

We absolutely loved staying here while in town visiting family. This place is spacious and beautifully decorated with lots of amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

The owners were accommodating and my stay was perfect. My dog loved the area to roam. I appreciated the little touches… games, coffe choice, and the scenery. It was just what I needed while checking in on my 90 year old mom. I will definitely stay again! Thank you.

Great Rental!

The host, location and place are all really great. Communication upon check in was quick and simple, the location was near St. Matthews and a short drive to Nulu and downtown and the cottage is filled with games, coffee things to do. The only thing I want to give a heads up on is the tree over the paved parking spot does drip sap. Took a little while once returning home to get it all off, but otherwise I would be happy to stay here again!

I stayed as a travel nurse working night shift. The place was perfect for my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. I was able to get some much needed sleep!! The host, Maria was prompt in answering my text. Would highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and perfect for our needs. The house had everything we needed. What I was most thankful for was the Host. She was awesome. Our schedule changed last minute and we needed to change our arrival time. She was understanding and super helpful. We were close to everything and will for sure stay again. They had board games, shuffle board and some other hames, and even some extra phone cords lying around and I accidentally left mine. Just super cute and clean place, highly recommend. 5!!!!!

Host was very nice and responsive. They were understanding of and helped me with some last minute changes to the reservation. It is conveniently located to some very nice restaurants and the location of the event we were attending. We love the furnishings and the games downstairs. Definitely hope to visit again.
