Peaceful cabin, partial view of Higgins Lake from oversized front deck and cabin windows. Includes: kids' kayaks, adult kayak, life vests, snorkel sets, floating mat, collapsible wagon, Pac-Mac arcade game, board games, etc.

Located on the southwest side of Higgins Lake, walking distance to 200 Market (coffee and grab-and-go breakfast) , Country Corner Pizza, and two Gerrish Public Road End seasonal (summer) docks for public use (no overnight mooring). Start your lake family tradition at our cabin today!

Cabin was incredibly cozy and Carrie was a wonderful host. Lake is walking distance and was the perfect relaxation spot on our vacation. Would recommend to anyone.

We loved our time at the Cozy Cabin in Higgins Lake. Everything that you could need is in the cabin, walking distance to the lake. We enjoyed kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Would love to stay again.

Clean cute little cabin with lots of amenities. Comfortable beds and living areas. Fans in every room were nice for sleeping, even without A/C. Host was very accommodating and had great communication.

We had a great stay. Eventhing about the cabin was perfect - easy to find, clean, close to the lake. Trail that you can walk by the lake, the lake is so awesome. Have never seen water so clean and clear, we rented a boat from Go Fast Rentals and enjoyed the lake. We had everything we needed at the cabin including firewood, gas for the grill, Carrie even supplied everything for s'mores. Perfect get away, looking forward the coming back next year!!

Loved the cabin! Clean, comfortable & well kept. Only a short walk to the lake and short drives to parks & places to eat. The hosts were well organized and very helpful.

It truly is a Cozy cabin! They provided pretty much everything you need - just bring some food and swimsuits! You can see the water from the front deck, --which was nice to look at while sitting on the deck and drinking coffee in the morning. They have tons of lake toys too! The host is wonderful. They were always available to answer any questions. It was a great family vacation.

We had a great time. Super cute, relaxing and peaceful. Clean and comfy beds. Plus all the amenities!! If we forgot something, no worries it was there!! Will be returning!!

The property was beautiful. Great location to everything we wanted. The pier was a short walk from the cabin. Wad able to get up and walk down to watch the sunrise. Had a beautiful view from the front porch. Cabin had EVERYTHING we needed and more. We over packed thinking we'd need certain items, like paper pates and plastic silverware. They had it all. Towels were extra soft and fluffy. Beds were comfortable. Loved the walkimg path along the lake front. Absolutely beautiful. Definitely want to go back.
