The bathroom features a stand-alone shower and the added convenience of a stackable washer and dryer. Whether you're lounging inside or heading out to explore, this studio offers a laid-back home base just minutes from the restaurants and shops of Port St. Joe's Reid Avenue. This studio apartment is literally around the corner from Shipwreck Restaurant.

Even with regular professional pest control, you may occasionally find a dead insect, palmetto bug, or spider inside the home. This is common in Florida and does not indicate a pest infestation or an issue with the cleanliness of the property.
