In general, everything was fine, the terrace in the back should add some fans, since it gets very hot, everything is fine.

This home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and located in a quite setting. Fully stocked with everything you might need. A short walk takes you to the pool or beach. We loved the bike trail that led to the State Park. Many access points to beach or bay for your boats, kayaks, etc. The weather did not permit us to take advantage of the kayaks provided by host. This home provides three separate outdoor porches so everyone has a place to escape and relax. Great location to explore Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and Appalachicola. Can't wait til we can book Xanadu for our next vacation.

The house was not what I expected. Sofa was old and dirty. Furniture in dining room was ok needs replaced and updated bedroom mixed matched furniture. Bathroom nice and kitchen was nice air went out on 4th day was compensated for 4th and 5th days made other arrangements for sleeping..
