Indian Mountain is a private lakeside community with great outdoor features that includes an amazing beach with playgrounds, basketball courts, fishing, canoeing clubhouse, swimming pools, kiddie pool, tennis courts, Hot Tube.
The house includes 3 bedrooms with one king sized bed. There is also a large living room with a 2 queen sized sofa beds. The modern renovated kitchen has a large dinning area. We provide 1 large flat screen TVs with high speed internet, playstation 3 and cable, Free WiFi. This house is very clean and has everything you need. A fire pit is on the property and a large deck with a grill. This is a perfect place if you wanted to get away from an everyday routine. We will try to respond to any questions as fast as possible.

First and foremost, my family had a great vacation at this house! We loved seeing the many deer! The hot tub and pool were nice. We really enjoyed boulder lake, one of the community amenities.I had some very slight communication issues with the host, partially because I had spotty reception (T-Mobile) and partially because I wasn't given check in information to review in advance. As such, the amenities were a bit confusing - I didn't realize I had to purchase passes separately from the clubhouse (10 per person). Of course it wasn't a big deal but it caused some confusion. Overall the house was nice but could use some updates and a deep clean. For example, the walls/doors are scuffed and appear dirty, the cutting boards are scored too deeply to be food safe, ice maker didn't work, things like that. Renters should also be aware there are no tissues, tin foil/plastic wrap, or laundry pods.

Comfortable small home to relax

We loved our stay! It was a very small cozy home for my family and I. My girls loved seeing deers every morning and late afternoon in the front during our stay! The house had everything we need and Adam was great with answering my questions before and during our stay! Highly recommend staying here.

Family getaway

The home is clean and is located in a private community. The wildlife are plentiful, there are deer everywhere all the time. The amenities were wonderful and very well kept.

This house was very clean the pool and jacuzzi where clean when we arrived. Access to the property was easy. We had a great time. We will definitely recommend this house and book it again. The host was very nice too.

This house is perfect. I went with my 3 adult children and grandson who is a teenager. Fit us perfectly. The weather was perfect, but couldn't enjoy the pool, due to it was a little to cold. The host was great, answered every question in a timely manner and kept me up to date on everything. I will definitely be renting this house again.

Host answered questions promptly and allowed for early checkin, which was helpful. But the “modern”House was not so modern and pretty run down. It lacks upkeep. For example, the shower spout was falling off, could not plug the shower drain to take a bath, sink was clogged, mold around the caulking. No extra sheets, was not ideal. The jacuzzi was dirty … pretty disappointing and could use some more consistent upkeep and modernization.

I'm very sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with my home, even though I gave you the option to arrive first thing in the morning and didn't charge you anything. You're accusing me of not providing extra bedding, even though the photos show it placed in the sofa beds. The hot tub is always cleaned, and the water was clean before and after your arrival, so it couldn't have been dirty halfway through your stay. You also write that the sink was clogged, even though it wasn't clogged. This is completely untrue, and that there are some deficiencies in the bathroom. The only thing is that the tub doesn't shut off the water so you can take a bath; it's only used for a shower. I completely misunderstand your opinion, and what you're trying to achieve.

Family stay

Good for star gazing and relaxing. Home was big enough for 9 people and didn’t feel crowded. Needs a little TLC around the outside areas. Some amenities listed like PS3 and DVD player were not available. Hot tub was a nice touch. Make sure to follow all rules of community to avoid fines.

Hot tub let down.

We have stayed in this home before and enjoyed it. So we booked again. Unfortunately the hot tub malfunctioned and half the jets didn’t work and you had to let it rest every 15 min for at least a half hour or it would overheat we believe and stop working for an hour or more. After a long day at the races we like the hot tub. It’s one of our criteria for choosing a home. So this was a massive disappointment for us.

Would double think staying here

First off we paid a cleaning fee that is insane because we walked in an the house was cleaned semi. The fridge was disgusting as well as the bathroom. The fridge had brown slime all over it. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. Had hair in the tub and pee on the toilet seats. Not enough toilet paper etc. communication was good just wasn’t the experience I wanted at all
