Beautiful Beach House In Terravista Golf, Trancoso
Beautiful tropical house in the Terravista Golf Condominium, Latin America’s most spectacular golf course. The house has Trancoso's "chic rustic" open concept and is great for a group of friends, couples or families with kids. Located 7 km from Trancoso's historical Quadrado, the Terravista Golf Condominium is a tropical oasis, adjacent to the Club Med. It benefits from complete beach facilities and 24/7 security, private airport and heliport. It is always summer in Trancoso. The rate includes cook, housekeeper daily and garden and swimming pool cleaning.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 and a half bathrooms, sauna, a barbecue area, and a small swimming pool overlooking the golf course. You can walk to the beach and enjoy the beach facilities. The house staff have been with the property for many years and got wonderful reviews from previous guests. They will take great care of you and make your vacation worry free.

We had been looking to buy a beach house in Brazil for a while. When finally bought this house one year ago after we feel in love with the house's open concept and Trancoso. When we are away, we count the days to go back to the house and the area.
Why they chose this property
When we saw this house, we knew this was the one. It is beautiful and relaxing, and makes you wish you wouldn't have to leave. The house's open concept make you feel in a garden constantly. 24/7 security gives you peace of mind and allows the kids to come and go as they please. The short walk from the beach gives everybody the freedom to do as they please.
What makes this property unique
The house's open and "chic rustic" concept makes for a very relaxing vacation while allowing for full privacy in all security. You walk to the beach with facilities. Kids can walk around freely. The Terravista Golf is a dream come true for golf lovers.
