Garden with imperial palm trees. Reflecting pool with fountain. 1.5 km from the centre of Arraial d'Ajuda via the ecological trail. Decorated with hand-painted Portuguese tiles and murals. On the ground floor, 2 living rooms with fireplaces, an office, a dining room, and a kitchen. Covered veranda overlooking the sea, garden, and pool. Ground floor: 6 suites, games room, and library.
