Relax in this newly renovated home in Vero Beach with exclusive beach access. This beach house provides privacy, luxury, convenience, and a peaceful experience.

Located in Florida's Treasure Coast, enjoy the laidback community atmosphere coupled with small-town charm. Private beach access is just at the end of the block (about a 5 minute walk). The downtown district is about a 15 minute drive.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Smoking/vaping is not allowed indoors or within 50 feet of property (this includes screened in porch).
If garbage does not fit in the city trash bin, you may use the extra black bin in the garage. All bins must be placed on curbside before checking out. Do not feed wildlife (subject to a $300 fine).
Used bedding/towels must be removed and placed in laundry room. Appliances must be turned off. The A/C should be set to 76 degrees Fahrenheit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-No smoking/vaping indoors. -When using BBQ, it must be moved to the backyard (outside screened porch). Please place back inside patio after use.
-To lock French doors, lift handle up and lock. - Use extra trash bins inside the garage, if outside bins are full. Place on curbside at checkout.
-Please remove sand before entering house. $150 charge if sand is found in washer/dryer. - Sand flea season is Aug-Nov, use insect repellent.

Very comfortable home, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds. Well stocked, tons of towels, and blankets, kitchen utensils, beach, stuff, sunscreen, even big hats. The walk to the beach is easy and at this time of year we had the beach to ourselves. My kid loved the big bathtub in the primary bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay here that we booked at the very last minute due to family accommodations changing. It was great to be close to our family and have a lovely place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic house!

We loved our stay this week at this property. Very clean, fully stocked (I mean, the most stocked ever in my experience) tons of beach towels, chairs, beach toys, bags, floaties, extra pillows extra blankets,, pots & pan, even some shampoo, body wash, sun gel, sunscreen and more!

This place is even better than what we saw in the pictures. They had the most beautifully appointed furnishings. Every room was more beautiful than the next! We loved the interior of the home, the proximity to the beach, the bikes, and more. Wonderful!

Such a perfect beach home

The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Anything you need it has - including a disposable toothbrush which I forgot to pack.The location is amazing - so close to a beautiful private beach. And the host was fast at responding. We look forward to staying here again.

Comfortable and beautiful home

Very comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated/ furnished home. The pictures do not do justice. It was beyond what we expected and so well stocked. They thought about absolutely everything! My family and I had a perfect weekend get away at the Mangrove Cove, we didn't want to leave.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house was incredibly clean, and the decor was so cute and thoughtfully curated. It truly felt like a home away from home and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, from extra blankets and pillows to bathroom toiletries, along with a well-equipped kitchen that had all the essentials.The location was also incredible and made our stay even better. We were impressed from start to finish. Monica was wonderful to communicate with. She responded quickly and was always kind and accommodating. This was one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had, and we travel often. Thank you for a perfect stay!
