Perfect for the Snowbird season. 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, pet friendly in a cute area of Melbourne! Centrally located blocks away from the Indian River and 6 minutes' drive to the BEACH, 5 min from Eau Gallie Art District Downtown Melbourne. Very safe neighborhood. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space this season. Need more space? Different dates? Check my 2nd house on my profile.
The house contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plus, an extra room that can be use as remote pet, children and adult's playroom. Books, games boards are located there.
Also, the backyard offers outdoor seating and fire pit.
We also offer covered carpool and additional parking. Total parking can accommodate 2 cars.
The Smart TV has all the apps downloaded (Disney, Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Pluto...) all you need is log in/out with your account.
Wi-fi is high spend great for work from home. You can connect to your VPN, ERP systems and video calling without any connection issue. We also offer a 2nd monitor to facilitate your work. New mattresses, new AC, updated washer and dryer, and a fenced in backyard!
