About this property

This is the best high end property available for rent in Wellington for WEF season. I just finished all the upgrades and I am working on the furniture now. Since I can only get 1 tenant a year (HOA regulations) I am looking for someone who wants to stay for at least 3 months. The property will be fully furnished by September 2025. The house is about 3500 Sqf, 4 bedrooms 3 bath & 1 all around room that can be furnished and used as extra bedroom, big dining room or office.

The space

Property has been upgraded with new white marble floors throughout, master bedroom has been upgraded with real white oak 3/4 inch parquet. New costumer made closets for master bedroom. The whole house has been skim coated, sanded & freshly painted, so it got perfect walls. New electrical outlets & switches, new high end fans inside & outside, new landscape. New pool finish, travertine deck, tile & high end pool equipment, there is the best on the market pool heater/chiller installed as well as saltwater system and automation for pool/spa that you can control from your phone.
