You'll appreciate tile flooring throughout, double-pane windows, and sliding doors that open to embrace the island breezes, this 571-square-foot unit maximizes natural ventilation. For warmer days, air conditioning ensures a refreshing interior in the Living Room, which easily makes its way to the Bedroom.

Enjoy French doors that welcome you into the bedroom or bathroom, with large jalousies windows and a spacious closet.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a convenient stacking washer/dryer for use!

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, ample storage cabinets, and a breakfast bar.

We want your stay to be exceptional, so we do want to make sure to PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
*** While there is a sliding door that allows for the breeze to quickly and efficiently keep the unit comfortable, there is NO balcony/lanai.
*** Unit is on the third (top) floor of the building, and there is NO elevator.

Nice place and great location in Kailua-Kona. Cleanliness was questionable with dried food on table, dishes and don’t put your hand between the couch cushions! Had issues with the toilet and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 10 days—rationing required!
