Kara’s place blew us away! Beautifully and intentionally designed, this unit transported us from the humdrum of everyday life to a lavish vacation paradise. Everything was squeaky clean and Kara was extremely responsive as a host. We loved it here - wish we could have stayed longer and was sad to have to leave!

This property exceeded our expectations—it's beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. Everything was so well-appointed and comfortable, we truly felt at home during our stay. My teen daughter and I absolutely LOVED this Ojai Oaisis. The design and decor are gorgeous thoughtful and extremely comfortable. From the entryway lounge patio,to the whimsical pottery mugs, rain shower and ambient lighting, every detail was perfect. Check in was a breeze and the host was easy to contact if needed and very responsive friendly. The location was lovely and convenient. We can't wait to return.

It’s even better in person, gorgeous details. Perfect for small families. Coolest bunk beds ever! Very comfortable bed and plenty of space for my family of three. My 6yo daughter didn’t want to leave. Stocked with high quality, thoughtful amenities, including the most delicious tangerines we’ve ever tasted. Gracious host - thank you for letting us reschedule - it was such a perfect and memorable stay!

Perfect getaway!

Serenity Retreat is appropriately named -- we felt instantly at home and relaxed in this beautiful space! While it is located in a neighborhood and just a few minutes from Ojai central, this gem still felt like an escape. The kitchen had everything we needed, including delicious coffee beans and tea, tangerines from the garden, and was immaculate and beautiful without making me feel like I was going to ruin anything by actually cooking in it. A perk that I personally loved was the filtered drinking water system in the kitchen sink; a little detail that our coffee, tea and plain drinking water taste so good. The natural fiber everything, super comfortable bed, and funky Ojai vibe combined to make this a place we will definitely want to stay in again when we are back in the area.
