Located in a quiet, lovely neighborhood and set back from the festivities of the Hamptons, this vacation rental is single-level with three cozy bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a wonderful living room with an inviting fireplace. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with an en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom also has a king-sized bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds, and all three bedrooms are conveniently located right down the hall. Additionally, there's a bathroom in the hall for added convenience.

Imagine spending your days and nights in this remarkable vacation rental. Expansive glass sliders lead out to the beautiful deck and yard with plenty of greenery. as well as a large dining table and gas grill to enjoy wonderful meals. If you prefer indoor dining, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, cutlery, cookware, and filtered drinking water, so you can cook to your heart's content. The home also includes a washer/dryer for your convenience. Central air-conditioning will keep you comfortable even on the warmest summer days, and when it's time to cool off, enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower. And if you need to stay connected, the home is fully equipped with free wifi and TV. The living room and primary bedroom has a TV.

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the pool, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- This is a pet-friendly home, kindly reach out to us if you have any pet allergies prior to booking.
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
- The property is subject to a $95 hot tub fee per cleaning service.
- For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
