About this property

Lovely Greenfield Apartment

Newly renovated 3rd floor apartment with gleaming hardwood floors, granite countertops, tiled shower and queen and twin beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Children are welcome - we can provide a portable crib. One mile from downtown Greenfield in a residential neighborhood. Off-street parking. Three mini-split heat pumps provide heat and AC. Accessed via exterior stairs. There's also a 5' by 7' balcony.

Note: While this unit is finished, polished and lovely, the yard and exterior of the house are still "works in progress". If staying at a charming house with a lovely yard is important to you, this probably isn't the best fit.

Note: An exterior security camera records audio and video of the bottom of the exterior stairs and the parking area in front of the garage.

Lovely Apartment

We were impressed how this lovely 3rd floor apartment had everything we needed in this clean, quiet and well-appointed cozy space. We would recommend, and we will be back, as this is conveniently located to everything when we are in the area to visit our family.
