The unit was very comfortable and well equipped. There was food in the kitchen and the appliances to cook it. My grandson visited us and there was area for him to play outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Spacious and well-equipped. Some lovely touches, including a live plant on the table, eggs and milk in the fridge, hummingbirds off the front porch. A small thing, but I really appreciate that there were two lamps, at both ends of the couch. So we could both read comfortably. Great value.

We only stayed for one night but it was a good stay. Close to UMass. Lee provided fresh eggs, homemade bread, butter and milk for the stay. Both bedrooms and living room have overhead fans. House was very roomy and clean. Would happily stay again if in the area.

My husband and 2 adult children were in town for a funeral and stayed here for 4 nights. It was close to everything that we needed. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. It was really hot during our stay, so we did not use the 3-season porch, but it was certainly nice to have the extra room if we needed it. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and Lee left us some tasty treats upon our arrival. One thing to note is that you have to go through the master bedroom to get to the twin bedroom, which was not an issue for us. Communication with Lee was always quick and informative. It's a great little property and I would definitely stay here again.

Visited the area for hiking and Treehouse, location was terrific. The apartment is clean, plenty of space, good AC (it was 90 degrees out). Lots of nice touches to make our stay comfortable.

Great place to stay

This is a very convenient, quiet, comfortable place to stay if you are visiting in the Amherst area. Really had everything you would need in the way of supplies, had great beds, plus snacks in the fridge which was much appreciated on our arrival. The hosts are very accommodating and couldn’t have been nicer (thank you, Lee!) Would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay

My wife and I stayed in the upper apartment for 2 nights. The place was perfect in every aspect. It was clean, quiet and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and it was close the UMASS. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Booked this on a college tour with my daughters. Close to Amherst and easy to get to, clean, and cozy. Loved the homemade bread and fresh eggs left for us in the fridge!
