Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave towels in bathroom
PLEASE LEAVE ALL BEDS AS IS, DO NOT MAKE THEM OR STRIP LINENS
Sofa Bed: remove these sheets and place in bathroom - close bed.
Please take all belongings & empty refrigerator
All used beach towels should be cleaned & placed back into basket for the next guest.
Clean, dry, return used beach equipment to the bin under condo.
Clean and put away all dishes.
Checkout is promptly at or before 10am on day of departure. Failure to do so may result in cleaning company. delays & additional late checkout fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
