Our newly renovated 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo has all the luxuries of home with an ocean point unit view. Come relax on our huge deck with access from the den, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom.
North Topsail Beach is the perfect place for a vacation. This luxury 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo is the ultimate vacation getaway with miles of sandy beaches along the Atlantic ocean. The large balcony has rockers and furniture to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze while overlooking the pool and beach with unobstructed views. Relax and enjoy the sun!
The Master bedroom has a king bed with a seating area overlooking the ocean. The Master bath has two vanities and a heated jacuzzi jet tub.
The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a pullout single chair mattress with direct access to the ocean view deck. The bedroom has its own full bathroom with shower/tub.
The 3rd bedroom has two queen beds and a full bathroom.
The family room has recliners to sit and enjoy the views of the ocean or some movies.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. It has such a homey feel. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The sunrises viewed right from the deck were amazing! The sound of the ocean waves was so relaxing.Scott is a wonderful host. He was very responsive when I had any questions. This condo is definitely a 10 out of 10. We will definitely come back.

This was the absolute nicest place we’ve ever stayed. Plenty of room for our family of 7. The only thing was, for me, was it was a little over decorated. Luckily this year our youngest was 12, but I can’t imagine a toddler there.

I was in AWE when I walked in, absolutely beautiful!!! We had everything we needed, and just steps away from the beach! The view from the balcony is just breathtaking, along with the sunrises!! I highly recommend this condo! I thought it was going to be a one time thing, but this experience, I will be back!!

Condo was very welcoming and clean. All the comforts of home. The welcoming basket was a plus and we used it all. Location and views were awesome. Beds and linens very nice. Host checked in to make sure everything was okay. Book this one!

A perfect vacation

I stayed with my partner and our children for 2 weeks and it was amazing. The location is perfect, right on the beach and the condo itself was wonderful. Plenty of space for everyone and a well stocked kitchen. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

Beautiful View

Very nice, comfortable condo with beautiful view of the ocean. Slept with the door wall open to the relaxing sounds of the waves crashing the beach. Excellent communication with owner. The area has a very relaxed vibe prefect for a low key relaxing beach vacation.

The best stay on Topsail ever! The unit was exceptionally clean and well organized, had a lovely welcoming vibe. Open the black out curtain and your on the shore yet in your private space. The welcome flowers and goodie basket were a welcome to have water, tea, coffee & nibbles there after a long drive. Every detail is well thought out and initiative with a homey flair, beautiful color, plenty of quality towels & linens, a comfy master bed and great pillows…There is room for everyone due to the great point floor plan. 2nd floor location is perfect, the balcony is private & can accommodate several conversations at once with the surf song background sound. Everything was well stocked & easy to find, including a choice of pods machine or nice coffee maker. The beach was close & quickly accessible. A clean row of quality beach chairs & cart were also helpful & easy to use. The kids enjoyed the pool, which is visible off ocean front balcony. I have stayed on NTS a handful of times over the years and from the resorts to the private houses, none compare with this unit. I felt like a personal guest whose host ( who is great btw) took the trouble to give us their best. We appreciated every detail and comfort. The view, the location of unit & the friendly folks on the property made for a stress free trip filled with natural wonders, family ( who all had a private space, allowing for decreased coordination), and beach adventures. Don’t forget to look up at night. This one is a star!

The condo had everything we could want for a perfect beah vacation. The location is perfect - right on the ocean, with a beautiful view and the relaxing sound of the waves everywhere. The decor was lovely and perfect for our group - a bright, fun room for our tween; a soft, muted suite for the parents; and a quieter room down the hall for the littles who still need their naps. Scott and Shelly went above and beyond as hosts, checking in the make sure we had everything we needed. They are wonderful hosts with an amazing condo!

Beach Birthday

This condo is the nicest one my husband and I have stayed in using the VRBO app. Pictures don’t do it justice. Its decor is lovely and inviting. You feel at home the moment you walk in. The beds are comfortable, there were tons of pillows, and more than enough towels to accommodate our group. The view is by far THE best feature of the condo, and where we spent most of our time, even when it was chilly outside. The hosts, Scott and Shelly have thought of everything, and are very responsive should you have any questions or need anything. What a great trip! We cannot wait to return.
