Excellent location and accommodations for our family of five. Convenient location, one block from the beach and walking distance to town shops and restaurants. The property manager Cheryl was very helpful. Washing machine was not working and she ensured we had an alternate way to have laundry done.

Perfect location- walk to town and the beach!

The home was a perfect place to enjoy time in southern California. The home had supplies needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very prompt in responding to a drain issue. The neighborhood was very quiet and we had a great view of ocean from the patio .

Great location and nice house

This was a good spot. Just one block from the beach access with an adequate kitchen--we cooked every night, rarely having to make adjustments. One thing though, no dishwasher. At first it was a little surprising, but we got used to that after a day or so. Easy parking, easy highway access, easy grocery shopping, easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops. An all-around gem of a spot!

Lovely escape - highly recommend

This property is in the perfect location. The ocean view was lovely and only a few houses from the ocean. We are local and stayed due to house renovation. The drive to work and school was easy and coming home to this place reduced the stress. The place is simple and clean. The full kitchen made cooking available. There is no dishwasher.Would love to come back and enjoy it on vacation:).

Amazing location

Definitively a great place to stay. Close to the beach and to the Village, house is clean and bedrooms are very comfortable. No dishwasher but it is OK for a few days. Only thing to be improved is the Kitchen things. A little more options on glasses and cooking stuff would help. I would come back easily here.

We were pleased with our four night stay. A few requests of the property manager were dealt with very quickly. Cheryl is a very good property manager. Beds were VERY comfortable. The property was very clean and had most of what we needed. The location, one block off the beach was perfect, an easy walk into downtown. Sadly, the property is being torn down In a couple of weeks and replaced with a large single family dwelling.

You can spend the day at the beach an enjoy a gourmet meal in walking distance to the property. We love the local farmer's market and Carlsbad is located near everything to do in San Diego.
