About this property

A Family Paradise 31 Km From Athens And Near The Sea

This is our summer house. We lately decided to share it with families like us or groups of friends. As you can notice in the pictures it is literally a paradise for kids!
A place to relax, away from the city life and yet very near(31km) to Athens.

Please note that the mosquito nets have been removed by all rooms as the house has window nets.

Also, we have a team of professionals to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for our guests. Our home is cleaned professionally after each visit and we also offer 24 hours online manager assistance.

•20 minutes' walk or 5 min drive to the lively Nea Makri coast with a lot of cafes, traditional taverns and bars.

•10 minutes' drive from the port of Rafina, the Gateway to the Aegean and Cyclades (direct ferry lines to Santorini, Mykonos, Paros, Naxos, Ios, Andros, Tinos).
•Only 31 km from the Center of Athens – 20 minutes from METRO (Pallini), easily reachable by BUS (frequent transport- bus stop at 50 m) or CAR.
•2 bicycles can be provided free of charge

All a family needs

The house offers everything a family with children needs! The kitchen is well equipped, there's a washing machine, back out blinds in every room (yay, nap time!), the garden with the slide, the swings and the trampoline is just amazing for children to play in and the house offers plenty of space. Plus it's interior is very pretty with lots of love to detail. Supermarkets and bakeries are just a short drive away. The next beach is just around 10 min drive away. After a 20-30 min drive you'll reach schinias beach, located in a national park, shallow clean waters - worth every minute of drive! Thanassis was an excellent host and always reachable for help. If you're looking for a quiet vacation spot and you travel with (small) children, this is the place to go!
