About this property

One Block to Beach, three blocks to Pleasure Pier

This recently remodeled historic home built in 1907, has 2 1/2 ceramic tile baths with jetted tub. Central a/c and heating plus window a/c in some rooms. A gas heater is in the entertainment room.

It sleeps 13 people in 6 bedrooms, three queens plus 7 twin beds Two downstairs couches sleep two additional guests (they are not sleeper sofas) . 15 total.

It is one short block to the beach and Seawall Blvd. at Murdochs Pier and then 2 blocks west on Seawall to the new Pleasure Pier. The Galvez hotel is 1 block east. Many of Galveston's most popular restaurants (Guidos, Fish Tales, Salt Grass, BLVD, ,Bernardos' at the Galvez, Spots, plus many others are within a few blocks) and the house is on the bus/trolley line.

The amenities include wireless internet and satellite TV and radio cd player, out door gas grill, game room, library, Wii 2 sunroom.

The home has hardwood floors throughout and ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms.

The big front porch is great for socializing and generally has a pleasant breeze.

Luxurious and comfortable accommodations. Easy one block walk to the beach and still located in town and in the center of many attractions. You won't need to use your cars every time you want to do something in Galveston.
