Ground floor villa located blocks from the beach. Spacious 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The villa is fully furnished with everything that you'll need for the perfect vacation.
Fully furnished with everything you'll need including: washer/ dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy, stocked kitchen, outdoor patio area steps away from pool.
New completely remodeled kitchen complete with new counters, cabinets and stainless steel appliances.
Master bedroom - King Bed and smart TV
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed
Villa has washer / dryer, outdoor patio with a grill and beach supplies for your convenience.
Quiet courtyard perfect for a pool day with friends and family. Beach supplies included for your convenience.
You're steps from Coligny Plaza with dozens of great restaurants, entertainment, shops and grocery store. Park your car for the duration of your trip walk or bike to everything that makes Hilton Head the perfect vacation destination.
Staying with us at Coligny Villa you'll be a five minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast. Miles of white flat beach ideal for jogging, biking, beach combing or strolling.
The famous Tiki Hut Bar ( beach bar, live music, and volleyball) is right around the corner. Golf, fishing, zip lining, biking, water sports, mini golf, live entertainment the activities are endless.
In addition Celebration Park is three blocks from our villa. The park includes: Band shell, children’s museum, kids water-zone, adventure playground, educational walk along the lagoon and green space for public events.
Beautiful bike paths run throughout the island ( bike rentals around the corner from your villa). A public trolley stops at the front entrance to shuttle guests to and from Coligny plaza and the beach.
Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.
