This recently renovated 1,700-square-foot villa is just a 15-minute walk to a beautiful beach park and a 5-minute walk to the neighborhood’s private pool. Located at the end of a quiet street, the villa features a backyard paver patio with a gas grill perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.



Inside, you'll find televisions in each bedroom and a 65” TV mounted above the fireplace in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease, featuring modern appliances and ample cookware. The laundry area includes a new washer and dryer for your convenience.



Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a good book in the Carolina room, which overlooks a serene golf course. The spacious two-car garage provides parking for your vehicles, with additional space for one more car out front. For beach outings, the garage is stocked with eight beach chairs, two umbrellas, a beach wagon, two small coolers, and three bikes (two adult-sized and one for a teen) for guest use.

Great stop on the way to Florida.

The condo was in a private location situated on a golf course. The house was well equipped, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. All appliances worked well. It was a bonus to store our bikes in the garage. We also liked that it was in a gated community.

Few Comforts of Home...

The unit was mostly fine, well maintained and clean on arrival. It was minimally furnished with only basic accommodations, especially compared to other units we've stayed at on the same property. The password protected thermostat was frustrating and slightly uncomfortable. The stay felt slightly better than staying in a hotel room but there are still much friendlier seeming places to stay.

Amazing Condo!

First off, the communication leading up to the stay was top notch and they kept us up to date until the time we checked in. The condo was as described, very nice inside. Very, very spacious and having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. Having access to the garage, the beach chairs and umbrellas was a nice touch. Grill came fully prepared with propane and a spare also. Plenty of linens, cookware, etc. I am so very happy with this rental and highly recommend it if looking for a 3 bedroom/3 bath condo in a gated community close to the beach! Thank you for an amazing stay!!
