House was immaculately clean - lots of space for people to spread out. Kitchen has all you need to cook. This was our first time staying in Westerly and the house is a perfect, centralized spot to get to restaurants, local stores and beaches. The town of Westerly is adorable w lots of great restaurants. Brian, the owner, is super responsive as well. A stay and highly recommend!

Ideal home for those looking for close proximity to all things Westerly including Watch Hill, Misquamicut Beaches, and downtown Westerly. Quiet community and although we stayed in the winter the home’s hills provided great sledding opportunities! The home was clean, functional, and offered a nice layout. The home has 3 floors so steps are involved, but it offered more than one room for people to hang out together.

Great Stay - Great Location

Stayed for a wedding in Watch Hill. Close to the beach, downtown Westerly, short drive to Watch Hill. Brian was attentive and answered all our questions. Would stay again!

It is a lovely house in a nice location. Everything We needed was available. The furnishing are beautiful and we loved the country kitchen. I couldn’t believe how close it is to Watch Hill! We are thinking of making it a yearly vacation!

This was a great place to stay for a short visit to Rhode Island. Brian’s communication with me were extremely helpful. The home was welcoming and comfortable. The house is spacious and well-equipped, offering a comfortable stay. The outdoor area is a nice addition, and it’s about a 5-minute drive to the beach. The host was very kind, responsive and accommodating, which made our experience pleasant.

Stayed Thursday thru Saturday night at the Sea Ranch house in a beautiful site in Westerly. House is newly renovated and very comfortable for our family of 3 couples to make breakfast every morning & visit Newport, the Watch Hill Lighthouse, and nostly Mystic (20 min away) The owner Brian was very responsive to any queries thru vbro text. ..

The home was very clean. Communication was great. The listing stated there was a jetted tub and a fire pit, but they were operational when we rented the home. Otherwise a great stay.

Great Stay at the Sea Ranch

My husband, mother and I spent a wonderful weekend in Westerly staying at the Sea Ranch. The house is located in a nice residential neighborhood tucked away from noise and traffic. There's a very coastal esthetic throughout the house which makes it fun and inviting. Brian, the owner, is very responsive and helpful which is always appreciated when renting a house. Misquamicut State Beach is very close to the house and downtown Westerly is just a couple of miles away where there is a great cidery, brewery and restaurants. If you are looking for a nice home to rent while in Rhode Island, the Sea Ranch is it!

We had a nice stay at the Sea Ranch, it is convenient to everything (Watch Hill, Westerly, Misquamicut) but it is important to know that this house does not have central AC and it can get very hot. This being said, Brian was extremely responsive to our concerns about the lack of AC and installed two window units during our stay in the upstairs bedrooms. However, the downstairs bedroom did not have AC and was hot as was the kitchen and living area. The neighborhood is quiet and our kids loved playing in the yard and the driveway. Even without the central AC, we really enjoyed this house!

House is clean and the layout worked well. The location and privacy were great. Only issue was the lack of AC. The listing said not an issue with ocean breeze but that was not our experience. The house temperature was well over 80 degrees on multiple nights which required me to go buy 3 fans at Walmart the first night. The only savior was relatively bad weather mid week which allowed the temperature in the house to dip below 80 degrees.
