House includes a well appointed ktichen with new appliances (large & small), televisions, tons of family games, WiFi, washer & dryer, and mini-splits in each room for AC & heat!

All linens are provided - sheets, pillows, comforters, blankets and towels!

The 2 bathrooms feature showers for your comfort with the primary bedroom having its own en suite bath with a walk-in shower.

Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer including a private yard and a large rear deck with gas grill.
The house is on a septic system; please be mindful of what does down sink drains and toilet paper only in the toilets.
House is close to all beaches on Atlantic Avenue, local golf, fabulous restaurants and more! Downtown Westerly has so much to offer and Watch Hill is right around the corner. You will be short drive to Mystic CT and Stonington CT, along with Foxwoods Resort & Casino.

Other than the laundry located in the basement level, the lower level area is not part of the listing unless requested.
All linens are provided. If you start a load of laundry (sheets, towels, etc.) it is request to wash, dry and put away. Thank you!

My family (husband, 2 kids and dog) really enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious and comfortable. This was our first time in Rhode Island and the home was very close to places to visit for day trips.

We rented for Christmas week. The house was wonderful and had all the beach vibes. The host was so accommodating and responsive to any questions. Easy check in & check out. If we are ever back in the area, this will be the first place we will check availability. A great stay!

Wonderful Westerly

House was really great. Comfortable, clean, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Location was great as well. Close to Misquamicut Beach and Watch Hill Beach.

Good communication. House was clean, had ample space and update rooms, appliances, furniture, etc. Perfect for our family of 4 a small goldendoodle. Close enough to the beach that we didn't mind driving the short distance to and from. Will definitely stay again.

The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans dished and utensils. There are basic spices and sugar and cream as well. There is a keurig with pods provided which was nice. A French press or small coffee pot would also be nice. The main disappointment was the terrible toilet paper.

Lovely home, its location is central to most places one would want to go in westerly. It was well appointed with all items you could need and they respectfully asked you to replace any items you may deplete. There is a nearby airport with frequent small planes coming and going, but this did not bother us as we were out and about most of the time. I would stay again.

Perfect place

This place was very nice. The rooms were all a nice size and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. I was able to do some work from here as well. The location was perfect for visiting the beach which is only a few minutes away. I would defitinley stay here again!

This was truly one of my favorite rental houses I ever stayed in! It was very comfortable, clean and an excellent space. My only concern while there is that we had my 3 year old daughter with us, and the living space had a lot of small decorative items that she kept wanting to touch. There wasn’t really a kid safe place to play.

This house has everything you could possibly imagine. Everything is new from floor to ceiling. State of the art appliances. Comfy beds. And so very clean. We loved staying at this property. They have a nice deck that has steps down to a nice private yard. Best part is you are so close to the beach! We will be coming back to this property.

Great Weekend Getaway

Everything was as expected. Great place to stay. I would highly recommend. The property was centrally located to all our activities. Great neighborhood, peaceful. The house was well equipped with the essentials. Very comfortable and roomy. We would definitely stay again.
