Very nice apartment!

The apartment itself is quite upscale. My only problem with this property is that it is right at the edge of a somewhat sketchy neighborhood and I did not feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood.

Why they chose this property

We love this location on beautiful Ocean Drive, directly across from Cole Park and Corpus Christi Bay. It offers wonderful bay views, walking and biking along the waterfront, and easy access to downtown, restaurants, hospitals, shopping, and many of the city’s attractions. It’s one of our favorite areas of Corpus Christi.
