Lovely property nestled in the woods

This property has a very homey atmosphere. It is clean and up to date but still welcoming (one feels free to sit on the couches). The kitchen is well-stocked (even seasonings which I often forget to pack). Plenty of space; Our family had dinners together, played ping pong, and had movie nights. The area is VERY quiet. However, we could walk to downtown North Conway (which we did to watch fireworks on July 4th!). The home is clearly a designed for winter skiers. We still enjoyed our summer stay although it got a bit hot in the second floor bedrooms - no air conditioning.

Don't rent in summer

I really wanted to like this property, but it was so incredibly hot in the condo in the summer. No AC and windows that don't open are not a good mix for a summer rental. 3 sleepless nights and Indoor temp 82+ was miserable.

Spacious, homey atmosphere close to downtown

The property is part of a small development in the woods. It has a homey atmosphere inside; the kitchen is well-stocked. Everything was clean. Clearly the main intent of the home is for skiers; However North Conway (and the White Mountains) are beautiful year round with a lot to do in the summer. My one complaint is that it was a bit hot on the second floor, and there are no air conditioners. Also, we were unaware that we would need to turn the water on in the house upon arrival, and we checked in after hours so we could not speak with anyone until the next morning. We DID find the laminated instructions on a side board in the dining room too late. (Regular visitors to this area who rent homes may already know this procedure.)We loved that we were within walking distance of the downtown North Conway area, as well as Cranmore Ski Resort. We could also walk to hiking trails.One comment on the photos of the property - the pool is shared with the whole development, as is the tennis court.
