Great Weekend

Great for a family

We have stayed in this complex several times. It has plenty of room for at least 6 people. We enjoyed the pool especially my 8yo grandson. Convenient to many hiking trails. Even though the weather was not the best we had a great time!!!! Would stay there again. 😁

Weekend in North Conway

We stayed at the property for a weekend in North Conway. The house is nice , clean and cozy. Next time we want to stay for a whole week. There so much to do in North Conway! We totally recommend Jason's townhouse!

Very good location

We were pleased with the location-not too far from town but far enough so it was a quiet place to relax. The pictures are not exact as they did not reflect what our unit actually looked like. Overall, we had a great time.

Excellent Host and Property!

We loved the property and had a great experience. Open layout downstairs and plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped as well. Stephanie, our host, was truly fantastic. Would highly recommend host and property!

Fun in the mountains

Very cozy and rustic. Just what my son and grandson are always hoping for. Kitchen very well supplied. We were comfortable and close to everthing in north conway.

Weekend Stay

We had a fantastic time at the condo. There were 10 of us; 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 3,4,5 and 11). The place was clean and fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, towels, etc. The kids loved the basement which had plenty of toys and games. The location was great, just a short drive to Cranmore and downtown. We hope to come back next year!

Close to North Conway Village

Nice quiet place close to the village. Perfect condo for a group of friends or family. Could had been 5 stars but ... Downside for us: in the advert, pool was supposed to be opened from Memorial Day (May 27) and that's why specifically we booked this place.Unfortunately in our case it was still close (June 16-20) - so would suggest to doublecheck with them before booking.

Great location

The unit is very well stocked with dishware, utensils, paper goods,childrens items, and condiments which we really appreciated. We also loved the wall hangings! Our only complaint was that we could have used additional bath and hand towels. The pool had been drained which we were surprised to see, however, since it rained we couldn't have used it anyway. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Kearsarge Condo-Cranmore Mountain

This condo was perfect for our family of adults, teens, and children. A three minute car ride to Cranmore Mountain allowed for maximum enjoyment and convenience when on the slopes. The condo was nicely appointed with all that one would need for a comfortable vacation from home. The cozy gameroom/basement with plenty of seating was a real highlight for the kids. Well insulated from adjoining properties. Management left very clear instructions which made everything so easy. We certainly hope to return!

Great stay in North Conway

We just got home from 5 nights in North Conway at this Condo. We used it as a home base for several days of skiing at Cranmore and it fit the bill perfectly. We were travelling with our three kids (13, 10, 8) and they each had their own room. We enjoyed playing foosball, air hockey and classic nintendo after a day on the slopes. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. As another reviewer said, make sure you bring everything you need to cook (including salt and pepper). All in all the location could not be beat and the home provided a comfortable place to return to after skiing.

No extra key, dumpster code wrong,no heat downstairs, ran out of hot water and left early. No answer to emails, phone calls or texts. Very disappointing. Information in note book at place is wrong.

Shopping weekend

Eight women together for a cold November shopping weekend. No arrival instructions! Condo is freezing cold upon arrival, we scramble to turn on at least six separate heaters. We then discover there is no water. A scavenger hunt to find the water main to turn water on. We heat water to wash up because hot water hasn’t warmed up yet. The next morning three cold showers- no hot water! Five people don’t shower. Electricity in one bathroom doesn’t work. We check circuit breaker and find the switch for the hot water. Electricity is still out in the bathroom. Host has been notified throughout the stay with no resolution. We rented this place because it had three bathrooms and four bedrooms. I am so disappointed that the communication prior to arrival was not sent and the lack of hot water and electricity. The host made no attempt to reimburse us a partial refund because the property was not delivered as advertised.

Poor Communication

Though we enjoyed the house and it absolutely fit our needs, the lack of communication was a huge disappointment. I messaged to confirm there was a pack and play and they told me there was not a pack and play despite the listing stating it was there. When we arrived there were two packs and plays. When our payment did not get taken out on the assigned date I messaged three separate times to confirm we were good to go with the house and we got no response at all. For weeks and weeks. When we were at the house and much of the city lost power (due to no fault of the homeowner) they responded right away and were very responsive. This seemed to be the homeowner communicating. It appears a management company takes control before the stay actually takes place and they are terrible to work with. Even VRBO couldn’t give me a working/responsive phone number and they did not have an email. This was so frustrating leading up to the trip; and to be honest I was worried until we got into the house that we might not actually have the rental when we arrived. The house is otherwise nice. Living and kitchen area is small but workable. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Lots of games in the basement. Comfy beds and furniture. Fans in all of the rooms. Laundry detergent provided. Pool was a great amenity and something we used daily.

Great short getaway

4 adults, 4 kids enjoyed our stay. House was great for kids - on top of foosball and air hockey, there was a huge bucket of mega blocks, there was books, small balls, a doll house, and more. Bed was very comfy. Location was very close to North Conway town center

The location, setting, and quiet of this property are major features. It is well-supplied and comfortable. The lighting and wide angle of the online photos gave the impression that it was lighter and larger than it actually felt but it was cozy and fine.

Had everything we needed, perfect location!

The kids loved the pool, along with the games downstairs where they had their own place to hide out from the adults, the air conditioning worked great for those hot summer days, beds were very comfotable and there were plenty, only 1 mi from downtown.
