Great value, property was spacious and a perfect location to access NY city. Easy check-in with street parking availability and good local food options.Kitchen cookware could use an upgrade but all the essentials were there. Would reccomend to a friend.
Lovely apartment close to the train station as well as a few shops for groceries, pharmacy and restaurants. Easy access to NYC from here. Quiet and cozy, would definitely come back again!
The apartment and the location are good. However, parking is a problem and I find the provider does not communicate openly and honestly. You can only park for 2 hours during the week. This applies to the whole of Harrison. On the first day we therefore received a ticket for 40 USD. On every other day we paid 15 USD for parking at the station. These are extra costs that you have to plan for. The apartment was not really clean. We wiped the dining table and the towel was black afterwards. Also missing essentials like a toaster. The weather was changeable when we traveled. The heating did not work and the air conditioning is also not provided until mid-May. There was an extension cable missing in the apartment, which the landlord didn't seem to understand. A necessary appointment for maintenance was also announced. We had no choice but to agree to enter the apartment during our absence. What was annoying, however, was that the workman suddenly appeared at the door again late in the evening, which was an unpleasant experience for my teenage daughter in her pyjamas, who was alone in the apartment.
