Beautiful small cottage in the mountains range between SĂłller and Bens DÂŽAvall. Easy car access and parking for one car. The house is prepared with a double bed, a bunk bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen and dining- living room with pellet wood burner and A/C (in the living room) and TV/ DVD with german Astra Sat and spanish programms. The partial covered terrace with BBQ invites either to sunbath or to relax in the shade on hot summer days. The pool is great fun in summer! A realy cosy place to be.

Charming cottage

We spent a wonderful week in this lovely cottage. It was very comfortable—clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room has a charming fireplace, and the views are beautiful. Everything we needed was provided. The location is peaceful, and it's about 1 km via S’Heretat to the hiking trails Camí del Rost and Camí de Castelló. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

We simply loved this property. Its location and views were simply amazing. The property was a perfect size for us and had everything we needed. It is located well outside of the town, which we liked, but you will thus need a car.

That view! Close to Soller, on the road to Deia. Loved this part of the island and the service we received from both Mallorca Dream Homes and (especially) Toni the owner was above and beyond. We wanted to buy the place, and will definitely be back.

Lovely little villa with great views and nice pool

Beautiful views, great terraces. Lovely clean pool and everything you need for a stay of a week or so. Any longer and a washing machine would be useful. Noise from the nearby road, but you quickly forget about this after a day or two...especially as it's countered by such lovely views down the valley. Easy access to Soller/Deia etc. Well managed by Mallorca Dream Homes, easy key pickup/drop off etc. In summary, a lovely place to stay.

Beautiful small villa nestled in the hills with great views close to Soller, very private and good for sunrise. Negatives were lack of dishwasher, washing machine and the driveway which was very challenging. No walking routes directly from Villa, car required to get anywhere.

Ein zauberhaftes BerghĂ€uschen inmitten einer traumhaften Bergwelt. Der Ausblick von jeder Terrasse ist einzigartig. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen, dafĂŒr hat man seine Ruhe und ist fast allein. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war problemlos ĂŒber eine SchlĂŒsselbox, die Damen im BĂŒro sehr freundlich. Mon sĂ©jour Ă  la finca majorquine nichĂ©e au cƓur des oliviers Ă  SĂłller a Ă©tĂ© tout simplement exceptionnel. DĂšs l'arrivĂ©e, on est accueilli par une vue Ă  couper le souffle sur les montagnes de la Serra de Tramuntana, un vĂ©ritable havre de paix entourĂ© de nature. La finca, restaurĂ©e avec soin, allie parfaitement le charme traditionnel majorquin Ă  des commoditĂ©s modernes. Les oliviers centenaires qui entourent la propriĂ©tĂ© ajoutent une touche d'authenticitĂ© et offrent une atmosphĂšre de sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© inĂ©galĂ©e. Chaque matin, se rĂ©veiller avec le chant des oiseaux et profiter du petit dĂ©jeuner sur la terrasse ensoleillĂ©e Ă©tait un pur bonheur. La proximitĂ© de SĂłller permet de dĂ©couvrir facilement le village pittoresque et ses environs. Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt fĂŒr zwei bis drei Erwachsene. In der HĂŒtte gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage in SĂłller ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr alle möglichen AktivitĂ€ten auf der Insel. Wir kommen wieder!

Excellent Finca with great view and pool

Awesome stay - the property was extremly clean snd well mantained. After a thunderstorm the owner immediately cleaned the pool and was very helpful. We will love to stay there again.

Cette maison remplit parfaitement le cahier des charges que je m’étais fixĂ© : au calme, sur les hauteurs, avec une vue magnifique. Je n’ai pas Ă©tĂ© déçu: cette petite maison pour 4 est trĂšs jolie, planquĂ©e au cƓur d’une oliveraie, agrĂ©mentĂ©e de 3 belles terrasses et de trĂšs jolis arbres. La piscine a Ă©tĂ© plus que bienvenue car il faisait trĂšs chaud. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.
