I live on the west side of Michigan, however, I'm originally from Port Austin. I've found the most rewarding thing about hosting is doing the little things to enhance the guest experience. I've picked up on a few things at the places I've stayed over the years and it's fun to add the little accommodations to my own property.
Why they chose this property
This is the best neighborhood in Port Austin. It's right by the beach, town is walkable, yet the cottage is on a dead-end street with no traffic and is peaceful.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique due to it's location. The kitchen and living room were updated in June of 2024. The covered porch is the perfect place to sit and have coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The cottage is set up perfectly for being social with a group of family or friends, or a quiet getaway for two.
