Kitchen: Bright white cabinetry with island bar seating and dining table for six. Stainless steel appliances including full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and coffee maker.



Living Area: Two sofas (one converts to queen bed), coffee table, and mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors bring natural light and lead to your expansive private deck.

★ Located on a main street with steady traffic

★ Near Public Safety Building (safe neighborhood, occasional sirens)

★ Historic building, suitable for children 2+ years

★ Parking provided in lot diagonally across the street—do not park in other nearby lots or you will be towed

★ We have a strict 'no parties or events' policy. If the occupancy limit is exceeded your reservation will be cancelled with no refund

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment, private deck and shared backyard space.

The apartment is located on the third floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors.



The Neighborhood:

Step outside your apartment on Dean Street and discover one of Providence’s most authentic and flavorful neighborhoods. This area is known for its vibrant atmosphere and hidden gems that locals love. Steps away find yourself at Irregardless for biscuits on the weekend or dine at The Patio on Broadway and enjoy cozy outdoor seating. Right on Broadway grab a unique latte at the famous Nitro Bar, brunch at Julian’s for their creative & funky menu, and enjoy a drink at The Avery speakeasy. 2 blocks away explore Providence’s Little Italy! Federal Hill where there are endless restaurants and live music performances. Just over the bridge, you’ll find Downtown Providence! Getting Around:

If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.



We have free parking available for 1 car only. If you bring 2 cars, you can park the 2nd car on the street during the day, but *may* get ticketed overnight, as overnight parking on the street is for residents only. There are several paid parking lots just a couple minutes away, but getting a ticket, or paying for parking is around the same cost (about $25-$35).



Other Things to Note:

We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car will be towed.

The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building.



Interaction with Guests:

​​The building includes a shared stairwell and backyard, and a downstairs laundry area accessible to all guests, but the apartment and deck are exclusively for your private use.
