Enjoy an open layout, modern kitchen, dining area, spacious bedroom, cozy lounge room & bathroom with a walk-in shower & double vanity. Bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed, this inviting space is ideal for short or extended stays.

THE LAYOUT:

LIVING ROOM:
As you enter the apartment step into a bright and thoughtfully designed cozy lounge. This living room welcomes you with a queen size sofa bed ideal for larger groups or families. Watch TV or get work done all in this living room.
KITCHEN:
Flowing into the living room is a large open kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. Ample counter space, and a stunning bar that doubles as a breakfast nook or cocktail station. There is an island for additional kitchen prep as well as a stylish cocktail bar featuring a beverage fridge and a separate sink. It’s fully stocked with all the basics you need to cook, making it easy to enjoy meals during your trip. The dining area offers a comfortable space for seating up to 4.
BEDROOM:
Steps away from the kitchen is the expansive bedroom where comfort meets function. Sink into a cozy king size bed while watching your favorite shows on the second flat-screen TV. There is a bureau and a large closet to make your stay more comfortable.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom is designed with both style and function in mind. It features a wide double-sink vanity with ample counter space and elegant fixtures. A sleek, glass-enclosed walk-in shower and is also stocked with basic amenities any guest would need, ensuring a convenient and relaxing stay. Whether you're visiting for work, exploring the city, or simply looking for a stylish and comfortable place to relax, this thoughtfully designed apartment offers the perfect home base for your stay in Providence.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
The apartment is located on the first floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor.

Just a short walk from Julian's, known for its brunch, fresh pastries at Seven Stars Bakery, coffee at the famous Nitro Bar, or a meal at Nicks on Broadway. and don’t forget about The Patio on Broadway. Walk to Luongo Square and enjoy a speakeasy night at The Avery, Ramen at Pickerel, or a sweet treat at Tricycle Ice Cream. The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road.
Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 3 steps to get into the building.

THE BUILDING:
This apartment features a deep navy-blue exterior that complements a bright, open interior, perfectly balancing classic New England charm and modern convenience. Located in a friendly yet vibrant neighborhood, it is known for its historic appeal, walkable streets, and lively local cafés, restaurants, and shops. You’ll find six private apartments, each accessible via a shared open staircase that greets you upon entry. For convenience, all guests have access to shared laundry facilities located in the basement. Additionally, there is one parking spot in the driveway provided per guest.
