Outside, several terraces and decks provide many spots to sit and read or just take in the view.

The house has exceptional light, views and privacy, suitable for a family, group of friends or colleagues who wish an exclusive retreat without crowds. The first and second floors of the house comprise 5,500 square feet/five hundred square meters. The upper floor has 2 master bedroom suites with sitting areas and two smaller “family” bedrooms, each with a queen or king bed. Each bedroom has its own en-suite luxury marble bath or half bath - a 4 or 6 piece bath adjoining the two master suites, and a half bath dedicated to each family bedroom.
