Guests can use all parts of the home except the basement and 2 hall closets on the second floor that are for cleaning crew supplies and owner storage.

We had a great stay at this property. The location is convenient to both Vineyard Haven and the center of Oak Bluffs. The decor and furnishings were very nice, and everything we needed for our stay was in the house. Overall a lovely time!

Absolutely Incredible

We came to MV with a group of 8 and this house was a dream. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. The beds were so comfortable, and all products and finishes were top of the line. You can tell they put a lot thought (and love!) into every inch of this house. Definitely not your typical rental, it’s more of a home. The location was amazing too, easy 10min walk downtown! Cant wait to come back!

The home was gorgeously renovated and comes equipped with many extras from the outdoor entertaining area with grills, fire pit, and hot tub to a cooks dream kitchen filled with everything you need to make a great meal. We also enjoyed that there were many different board games and books to enjoy, and no one had to worry about running out of the necessities like TP. Even better was the location where it is a short half mile to the middle of downtown. Going to backdoor donuts late night was a hit. The beds were also very comfortable, and each room has its own mini split to ensure you can sleep at the right temperature. We were happy we brought our sound machines as the home is on a busier road, but overall, it was certainly a great place to gather and enjoy the beautiful island!

I am originally from Chicago but have lived and worked most of my life in a variety of other places around the world. Throughout this time, Martha’s Vineyard has always been like a second home.

I came to know the island while regularly visiting family there during summer vacations when I was young.

My father eventually bought his own place in Oak Bluffs which became where our kids would most often go to visit grandpa.

Now as empty-nesters, we are spending the majority of our time living in Oak Bluffs where we have two homes that we enjoy making available to others who want to enjoy the beauty of the island and all that it has to offer.
