Kick back and relax in this cozy cottage, perched above the bay in lovely Padanaram, So. Dartmouth. Enjoy the amazing views from my 30’ deck. AC, high speed wifi and a full kitchen add to your stay.
Located approximately 1/2 mile from Padanaram Village, 50 minutes from Boston and 45 minutes from Newport , RI there’s no end to the things you can do!
If reading a book and simply unwinding is your preference, you can experience that as well.
The cozy bedroom features a comfortable, queen sized bed. The living room offers a pull out queen sofa bed and tv.
There’s AC if needed and the fully stocked kitchen offers appliances and amenities like cooking oils, spices and condiments. Feel free to grind your coffee and enjoy drinking it out on the deck.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash in recycling bins inside to out side bins. Please dump recyclables into their respective cans. Please put dirty trash bags from recycling into their respective orange household waste bag.
Silver bullet indoor trash can bag gets placed into the orange town bag. This goes outside and into the blue Rubbermaid trash can.
Please be sure to remove any and all food and waste. Towels can go into the shower stall. Housekeeping will strip the bed. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please clean up after your pet. Poop bags go into white trash bag provided underneath the stairs that you enter on.
No pets on furniture. Especially the bed. Thank you!

What an incredible place. Only wish we booked it for longer and a nor’easter was coming. Super clean and well organized. Incredible view and the host was extremely helpful with information about the town and where to go.

Gem with panorama views, perfect for two!

We spent mornings on the deck drinking coffee and taking in the quiet water views and evenings watching the sunset. It was a lovely escape but still close enough to walk into the charming town.Very clean and contemporary feeling space with much more than you’d typically find in a rental. More like staying in your friend’s nice apartment than in a bare bones rental property.

It was wonderful! Fabulous views, for starts, lots of special treats like snacks, water and laundry detergent! We had a problem with the tv and the host was there in a flash to help! Lovely accommodations, great bedding, clean and comfortable. We'll go back again .

Simply fabulous!

My wife and I spent 4 nights in this lovely little cottage right on Padanaram harbor. The deck was great for sunning, reading and napping, and the views at sunset were spectacular. The inside space was new, modern and very nicely appointed. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back!

Birthday Getaway

This might be one of my favorite stays. The space might be small, but it has everything you could possibly want. It was the perfect getaway. In fact the pictures did not do it justice. Our weekend was not the ideal weather and yet sitting on the porch was still serene. Anyone looking for a quiet, romantic, and cozy spot finds it with this gem. It was a great weekend retreat and the owners were beyond accommodating.

Cozy Bay View

My mom and I stayed here for two nights before meeting my husband and daughter for our foliage trip. It was super cute and clean. The view of the bay was gorgeous to see in the morning. We saw a beautiful rainbow through the kitchen and living room window. It was perfect for the two of us. The only problem we had was we arrived late and it was dark. There are two key locks and we kept trying the one by the door that doesn’t work and later realized there was another one on the floor that we couldn’t see bc the light on the porch wasn’t on. So if you stay here make sure to have your flash light on and look down for the box. Besides that it was perfect and would stay again.
