With a sparkling pool and hot tub for six, your vacation starts here. Large wraparound decks on both levels offer wonderful Gulf views from this corner-lot home. Right across the street is easy access to the beach via the public beach boardwalk. Whether exploring the island on the multi-use path or splashing in the surf, Dream Chaser’s excellent location puts the best of the Forgotten Coast within easy reach.

The exterior of this home offers covered concrete parking with a convenient covered entry. A refreshing private pool is perfect for the little ones to bob around. An enclosed outdoor shower provides the perfect place to rinse off at the end of a long day at the beach. A fish cleaning area makes preparing your coastal catch a delight. An exterior staircase provides easy access from the pool to all levels of the home.

The first floor offers plenty of sleeping space. The second floor provides a wonderful open-concept living area with beautiful views of the turquoise waters of the Gulf. The couch converts to a queen sofa bed for added sleeping space. A 50 inch TV, stereo, and bright coastal colors make this a wonderful space to gather. The kitchen offers a breakfast bar with seating for four and the dining table, seating six, can host a multitude of family meals, card games and puzzles.

Great family beach house

This house was perfect for gathering with our family at St. George Island. The house was very clean and managed very well. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub as the weather was chilly for us but they appeared well maintained. We would definitely start at this house again! Pet friendly too
