Urban Farmhouse Main Level:

The main level features an open floor plan with a cozy fireplace and welcoming living room space. The professionally decorated interiors showcase vintage-inspired décor, adding a touch of charm to your stay. Sit for a while, watch television or enjoy the fireplace on a chilly evening as you gather with friends or family. Enjoy serving from the beverage cabinet complete with wine, champagne, martini glasses, charcuterie board and other serving items.

The kitchen, overlooking the living room, is well stocked for both short- and long-term stays. Whether baking morning muffins or preparing your evening meal, we have all of the details covered. Complete with a Viking range, microwave drawer and a farm style sink. Brew your morning coffee with a Keurig single serve & carafe coffee maker. The farm table will comfortably seat your group. Additional bar seating is available at the kitchen peninsula.

The pantry/laundry room offers enough space to expand and store groceries and supplies during your stay. The front loading washer and dryer (detergent included) is always available to guests. A convenient powder room is also located on the main level.

Savor your morning coffee on either the front or back porch. The front porch offers rocking chairs to take in the morning sun. Enjoy the back porch’s city view and evening sunset.

Upper Level:

This comfortable retreat features an inviting primary suite with a king bed, complete with a luxurious ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. Stow your belongings in the walk-in closet during your stay. Here you will unwind in style amidst vintage inspired bedding that promises a restful night’s sleep.

A second beautifully appointed bedroom offers a queen bed designed with comfort and elegance in mind. The bedroom offers a walk-in closet to stow belongings during your stay. The bedroom shares a stylish hall bath with a tub/shower, providing convenience and privacy for all guests.

Additionally, guests will find a dedicated office/work space with desk & chair. There is also a queen bed for optional sleeping flexibility. There is also a convenient walk-in closet to stow belongings during your stay. This space shares the hall bath.

* The home is a 2 story, multi- unit property with a basement apartment at the walk out level. Liberty, our onsite host, resides in the apartment. The home is completely private from the apartment with both having their own separate entrances. There are no shared spaces.

Additional Notes:

* The home is serviced with a tankless hot water heater so you never run out of hot water.

* The home is equipped with a central vacuum system.

* The is home NOT child proof. There are chemicals underneath the kitchen sink. Additionally, the stairway leading to the upper level bedrooms is open, there is not a door.

* Please respect the neighboring homes and observe outdoor quiet hours from 9 p.m. until 8 a.m..
