The house was perfect! The view was amazing and the dolphin sightings just the coolest. Only thing that would be nice to add to the house would be a full length mirror and scales in the main bathroom. Loved the place!!

The home was very clean and the views were amazing. The kitchen was stocked with spices we needed to cook. The beds were very comfortable with ample linens, blankets and towels.

Beautiful House - Perfect Family Stay

We stayed for a week in mid-March, the house was amazing. We had so much fun fishing and boating right off the dock, perfect family vacation. We will definitely come back again!!

Isle of Capri Bay House

Planning and check in were very easy, very accommodating! The house was very clean and comfortable, the pool was also clean and beautiful! The views are beautiful and quiet, definitely saw dolphins and other wildlife. Several restaurants and marinas within walking distance was a nice addition. We drove to Marco and Naples as well, and hired a captain to take us fishing. Being able to fish off the dock was really fun, and we loved the balcony upstairs just to take in the views. Overall a great, relaxing time in a beautiful location.

We had the BEST time visiting Isles of Capri and staying at this lovely home! Our party consisted of seven people. Four adults and three kids. We loved our quiet mornings of just opening the glass doors and drinking coffee and eating breakfast by the pool. Dolphins swim everywhere around the property, even under our dock. The kids loved the pool and the neighborhood is very quiet. This was a much-needed vacation away from our crazy schedules at home. We are both self-employed and run a big horse barn, and this was the perfect home to relax in for a week. Our favorite thing that we did was renting a boat from the marina right there by the house and eating at Island Gypsy. The carrot cake is a must have!!! The host was very helpful and communicated well with me. If we ever go back to this area, I would definitely rent this home again.

Incredible Isles of Capri Vacation!

I can’t say enough about this house or the people than run it. Pictures do not do the views justice. We rented a boat for the week but honestly didn’t use it as much because the house was so magnificent. Dolphins were a multiple times daily occurrence right off or under our dock. Walking distance to the restaurants was a nightly activity for us and really enjoyed the sunsets from the Capri Fish House. If you’re looking to get away in peace, boat, fish and eat great foods, look no further. We will definitely be back to this slice of heaven.

Dockside Haven

Lovely house in a great location. Right on the water and close to several minutes restaurants and bars. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay and the owner went out of his way to make the stay special. He also met us at the property to show us round. The pool and dock are a great place to sit by the. Water and relax. We had dolphins, manatees and even a shark swim by. We also fished off the dock, which was fun. Marco Island is only 10 mins by car with lots of shops and restaurants and there are some nice places to eat a few hundred yards away. Highly recommended…thanks again Daniel for being such a great host!

Best Rental House Ever!

We can't say enough about our amazing stay at this property! When we walked in, we immediately agreed that the pictures didn't do it justice. The house itself was beautiful and had everything we needed for a perfect, relaxing week. We traveled with kids ages 7 and 9, and we all loved the dolphins and manatees swimming right by the dock! We could see the nature right from the pool. My son and husband loved fishing off the dock too. The location is perfect - close enough to Marco Island, but without all of the commotion. There are several cute little tiki restaurants with great food within walking distance, although the house was so relaxing we had a hard time going out. The property manager was also super nice, helpful, and responsive. We can't recommend this house enough! What a lovely location for a relaxing vacation.

Overall the property was exactly what we were needing an hoping for. The water pressure was a bit too low; that was our main concern. Also, we thought the house was on the other side of the bay, but all in all, it was a great property.
