About the host
Hosted by Allan or Shona Macdonald
I have lived in the area most of my life and have lived in my house which is adjacent but detached from Osprey Cottage for more than 35 years. I am a self employed joiner and work locally.
Why they chose this property
The cottage was originally a substantial stone outbuilding and at the time there were very few self catering cottages in the local area. As we have always chosen self catering holidays we decided to give it a go and renovate and extend the cottage to make it what it is today.
