The large upper level bedroom has a king size bed while the lower level bedroom has a queen size bed. For additional sleeping space, the living room boasts a fold out queen size murphy bed making this property suitable for up to 6 guests. With AC throughout relax in comfort after a day of adventure. The upper level deck is home to amazing ocean views, breezes and provides shade so you can enjoy the outdoors rain or shine! We offer guests all the comforts of home with wifi, full laundry facilities, a dishwasher in the kitchen and plush lounging furniture. We enjoyed our stay in Hopkins - everything was clean and prepared for us and the hosts are very communicative! There is a rental unit right next door but the neighbors were considerate and quiet. Lovely to look out on the sea. Walking distance to the "Hotel Zone" (about a mile) so that was great too.

This was a new listing and it’s very nice and comfortable. The nicest space we’ve been in on our month long trip. Because it’s new, we left a list of items that they needed such as a can opener, dish rack etc.

It was great to have the beach to ourselves and be within walking distances to shopping, groceries, restaurants we barely drove our rental at all. Highly recommend walking down the beach. House had everything we needed. Only thing would recommend is bringing stuff for the ocean like a floating toy or similar

Awesome beachftont

Awesome place easy to get to. We got in latd after delays at airpirt, but arrived and do easy getting into place. Much more thdn we needed gor just the 2 of us. Bezchftont was awesome, lits of pkaces neaf by to wslk yo gor food and groceries Love the traveling duck. Only thing I could add that was needed would of been nuce to have lounge chairs for the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful location and lovely house! We stayed here with our two teenagers (14 and 16). Having the whole upper level to ourselves was very nice. This was our first time in Belize and visiting Hopkins. Carrican is very conveniently located within the town and is very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and a coffee shop. We brought along our hammock from home and enjoyed it between the palm trees. We appreciate the host's recommendation for Happy Go Lucky Tours for our snorkeling and fishing trip.We brought fish back to prepare for dinner. Kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely book again if we go to Hopkins! PS, thanks for the new duck friend to go on adventures with Porter the Traveling Penguin!
