Welcome to Sarkiki Reef and one of the best sandy beaches in Belize.

Whether you dream of peaceful time on the beach, warm ocean swimming, diving on the world’s second longest barrier reef or exploring ancient Mayan ruins, Sarkiki serves as your perfect base. Our large 3 level, eco-friendly, waterfront villa offers stunning ocean views from large decks on each level and, ocean and mountain views from the panoramic roof top deck. The entry to this unit is on the second level of the building and has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living and dining area on the entry level and a bedroom and bathroom on the upper level with a full deck and roof top deck.

Please note - we try to reply promptly within a few hours and usually no longer than a day.

Amenities include fabulous ocean swimming, 3 pools, two spacious decks and roof top deck, a large common patio area, beach volleyball, TV and internet.

Fishing, snorkeling and diving are easily accessible or take a jungle river tour on the beautiful Sittee River all nearby and easily arranged.

We can provide an extra single bed and/or crib as needed and subject to availability. Please contact us if either of these are needed.

Amazing and postcard picture perfect! We had the best time with lots of relaxation at Sarkiki! Very friendly & helpful staff members! We couldn’t ask for anything more for our week long vacation—only regret is we didn’t stay longer!!

Beautiful escape

Lovely ocean front property. Very secluded and quiet yet many restaurants close by. Snorkeling was great. Fishing was excellent. Captain Jack was wonderful. Linda and Mike are great hosts.

Family had a great Christmas stay

Location is fantastic. Quick easy drive into Hopkins. Linda was onsite and a great resource. Mangos next door offered excellent beverages and food options. Our boat tour to the cayes and snorkeling locations picked us up from the beach in front of the pools. Our 4 day stay should have been much longer!

Mangos has been very accommodating and has kept the kitchen open for a few guests arriving after they generally close. Hope to have you come visit again.

The condos location on the beach was fantastic! Epi, Manny and their staff were super friendly and very helpful. Everything was clean and well kept. Linda, the hostess, answered all of my questions concerning our trip in a very timely manner. We enjoyed ourselves immensely, and I highly recommend this place!

perfect beach stay

This place is located right on a beautiful sandy beach that you can walk way out in and swim with very little wake. The property manager is so very helpful and available! The village is a quick drive for groceries/gas/restaurants. There is a bar with food and games right nextdoor. The condo had a deck at each level to sit out on - and it was so very peaceful and warm. We would love to return to this exact same spot!!

Truly A Few Steps From The Beach!

We stayed here over Christmas with our family of 6. The beach and pool and decks for viewing are amazing! Linda and Mike were terrifically helpful - both before and during our stay! The unit has very effective air conditioning and a washer/dryer. We were only disappointed that it was not set up for much cooking due to the small stove/oven and our unfamiliarity with the gas and butane controls. The restaurant and bar on the property are convenient and nice to have, though not open everyday and never for breakfast. If this is your first tiisis.

We had a blast at this location. The beach is right in front of you. The pool is great, we pretty much had it to ourselves. The unit (#9) was clean and we had lots of room. We are a family of 5 and everyone had a bed. The washer/dryer is a perk. We had our own patio with table which was nice to hang out at. The property manager (Mike) was on site and answered lots of questions for us. He also arranged a boat and captain for us for a day. So fun! They have a security guy sitting at the entrance all night. The area seems safe. The only thing we wish was that Mango’s (restaurant near by) would have been open. It was closed Monday-Wednesday. That would have been nice & easy to get drinks/food. The drive to town is less than 10 minutes (there are some wicked speed bumps, drive carefully!) we would stay here again, very chill vibe.

The property was very quiet with wonderful ocean front views. Clean, and well-equipped. The staff who work on the property were very friendly and helpful.I would recommend this property if you’re looking for a quiet close to town place to stay.

Great place to stay on the Beach

We stayed in a three bedroom unit in February 2018. I highly recommend staying here for several reasons. #1: This property is close to the Hopkins village but far enough away that there isn't much traffic around the property. #2: Its right next door to a small bar/restaurant. #3 Great views of the beach, our unit had four different patios to hang out on. The view of the stars from the roof patio was spectacular. #4: The manager, Linda, was very helpful and friendly. #5: The air conditioning worked well, or if we liked, we could open all the doors and get a great cross breeze through the unit. #6: The property is walking distance to the marina. #7: The pool and property was very well maintained. I honestly cannot think of one negative thing to say about our stay here.

4 days in Hopkins

We loved the property and the very warm welcome we received from Linda and her husband. They were so friendly and so helpful to make sure we wouldn't lack of anything and that we could enjoy every minute of our stay. We had plenty of space in the house with multiple terraces providing great views on the beach and the sea. The pool is fantastic so is the garden surrounding the property. The property was quite far from the village, grocery stores and restaurants though, so you need to have your own transportation mean. We rented a golf cart which turned out to be a good solution.

Your family was so nice to have as guests and we thank you for your review. We agree that the views and beach are wonderful which is why we built here. We love being on the beach and steps to the sea. We are a bit south of Hopkins which is more private. On the plus side, we are closer the Marina where most fishing, snorkeling and diving leave from. A rental vehicle is suggested and a golf cart is a good alternative if you don't rent a vehicle.
