Great place to stay with friends, family and even the furry little ones. Lots of amenities in the community (pool, hot tub, sports court) to keep the kids entertained.
We loved the location, neighborhood, and property! It was clean, well stocked, and convenient to our adventures. We loved having a garage to park the cars in.
We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if we came to the area. It's a great home base for Arches and Canyonland. Make sure you check out Goblin Valley state park too if you have kids!
The property was very clean and located in a quite development. A few things like appliances and carpet could use updating but overall and very enjoyable stay. Would stay here again for sure.
Photos are pretty accurate, sleeping 12 adults here would be a little tight. We had 10 adults and filled the 7 beds available. Nice and clean, great location, I would stay here again!
Just about 5 miles south of town in a quiet area. The place was clean, comfortable, and the communication for check-in & out was great and easy to follow. Check for necessities like salt, coffee filters, etc. before you make your grocery run, but all cookware was plentiful and of great quality. Great stay!
The property was clean and in good condition. Well-stocked kitchen. Short walk to the community pool and jacuzzi. The courtyard attached to this unit was really nice for barbecuing and eating in the cooler hours--also a nice spot for dogs. This property was just a few minutes south of Moab so it was really convenient. The only problems were the low pressure showerheads and the master bedroom bed was very hard and made it difficult to sleep, but the beds upstairs seemed to work fine for our kids (ages 5 to 22).
Very spacious and clean. It was very comfortable for our visit. Could have used better pillows for king bed. There were two standard pillows and one was completely flat. We borrowed some from other beds.
We were looking for a clean space that could accommodate 10 people, and while this place met those requirements, our stay was far from comfortable. The thermostat couldn’t be adjusted, leaving us freezing as temperatures dropped to 30 degrees that night. We ended up leaving as early as possible in the morning to find warmth at a nearby café.
Wonderful place and excellent management communication. Recommendations for 5 stars would be replacement of carpets. They are showing age and wear. Master bedroom bed ultra firm. Not a very comfortable. Not a good choice for one size fits most mattress for sure. Nice place other wise.
The apartment was very cold downstairs and very warm upstairs. We noticed that there were no heating vents downstairs and all the heat rose up to the second floor.
The carpet upstairs in the hallway was
pretty dirty and when washing our clothes we realized the washing machine had a terrible odor and our clothes smelled so bad that we couldn't wear them. The garage door also didn't want to close unless you kept your finger on it. It took us a while to figure that out.
On the positive side, the apartment had everything we needed.
Great view and the location was awesome if you plan to visit the Arches (less than 15 minutes drive). However, there were a few things we didn't like about the house unfortunately. There was something wrong with the HVAC. The upstairs is at least 5 degrees warmer than the downstairs. The doors are squeaky and the first floor toilet was not working properly. The beddings were also not very comfortable with very heavy covers. We are not picky travelers. We had a 10-day trip visiting national parks in Arizona and Utah. This one was the forth house we stayed at. Compared to the other ones we booked from VRBO, I had to rate this one lower to be fair.
Pros-nice location, easy check in, clean, bathrooms functioning, primary bedroom well appointed, abundant bike storage space in garage, kitchen well stocked, communal hot tub was small but with a nice shower and changing room.
Cons- owner completely unresponsive to questions regarding property, TVs extremely hard to connect to apps and not set up for guest use, main room blinds broken and piled in a messy heap, gas fireplace not functional, garage door extremely temperamental and time consuming, loft sleeping area uncomfortable and outdated, no room for food storage in kitchen. Neighbors had dogs loose and pooping all over the lawn.
Overall would have been happy paying for this at 1/3 of the rate but over 3k/week for a crowded condo will not be a repeat experience.
Our overall experience in Moab was wonderful. Saddle Creek 3A1 was OK. Evidently the garage door has been non-working for months, this was noted in the guest book by previous guests so, advertising a Garage is unfair as it is not usable. The place, overall was nice, bedding/beds are just fair - in line with a low end hotel. The kitchen was well stocked and the area was very nice. We lost power for a few hours on our last night and had to call the property manager, he was wonderful, great to work with and very helpful.
We visit Moab annually and have used VRBOs and other condo rentals for the last 10 years. The condos in Rim Vista have all been great. We did have a minor issue with this unit but it was resolved in a timely manner by the property manager. We will be using them next year!
