The house was clean, comfortable and well supplied. The host was a available if needed but not overbearing. The location was convenient to downtown Buffalo, Niagara Falls and High Mark Stadium.I'd definitely stay there again in the future.

This property exceeded our expectations. Very detail was addressed from a generously stocked coffee bar, full kitchen, very comfortable and spacious beds, bedside iPhone chargers, extra toiletries, full laundry, board games & craft items, and high quantity linens. Every part of the house was sparkling clean and extremely well maintained. The home decor is modern & tasteful, and cozy sofas to relax. The exterior is equally well maintained with ample parking, lovely neat landscaping and a back patio. The residential street is peaceful with no nearby traffic and conveniently located to access Univ at Buffalo and downtown. The owners were timely and very pleasant with communications and house instructions were easy and clear. Our family felt at home as soon as we arrived. We highly recommend this property!!!

After staying in many VRBO rentals, this is by far the best one we've experienced. The house was spotless and the furnishings were just beautiful. The host thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable. With all the conveniences provided, it felt like we never left home. The house was perfect for our family and truly made it a special visit back to our hometown. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to this area.

We enjoyed our stay at Amy's home in Hood River. It is a charming older home with character! The grounds and gardens are beautiful. The front deck was great to relax on when the sun went down, it is hot during sunny days. We especially liked the kitchen that had morning sun and views of the garden. It is an easy walk to downtown Hood River and to Indian Creek walking trail which we frequented. The beds were not the most comfortable, but were serviceable. Overall, it fit our parameters, and we would stay at Amy's home again.

Great Place in Buffalo

Family of 7 fit well. We did have to pay extra for that many people which I found odd as that is what the available beds hold, so be aware to others! Other than that extra fee, the place was nice, no air fresheners or chemical cleaning smells, great soap products - all a huge plus for me. The coffee drinkers loved the coffee bar area and the nearby restaurant bulletin board was useful. Cute backyard allowed for some outdoor time, host responded quickly, and even let us know we could check in early.
