Amazing 3200 sf house on a Lake. Sleeps 10. Huge game room w/ pool table, arcade game, air hockey & 60" television. Bring your boat & tie up to our dock (May-Sept). Boat launch is 5 minutes away. We have kayaks for your use. Close to Blue Ridge & Blairsville. Super clean & well maintained. Fully equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms / 3.5 baths. (UCSTR License# 022710)

Property was exactly as described and as pictured. Kitchen was very well stocked and we ate many meals there. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We would not hesitate to return to this unit.

Our host Ryan was very informative and helpful . Loved the house and the open concept. Very welcoming and clean. Great to have the sidewalk to the lake.Loved the area and very convenient to rent a boat at the Nottley boat club right next-door, very nice people. Just needed some weeding around the house they were somewhat tall .
So much fun on the lake. And so nice to have the marina so close by.
We enjoyed relaxing in the lake and on the dock .
Beautiful views of the mountains on the boat ride .

The house is large and beautiful. Ryan is a great host, and answers all my questions, he is very kind. The hot tub is wonderful, and the fire pit is glorious. The price is great.
