Wonderful house just outside Acadia National Park. We had 3 couples in our party and the house had plenty of room to spare. The proximity to Acadia was perfect! I would definitely recommend this property.
The house was configured really well. The kitchen was well-equipped and worked out well for cooking. We loved the deck and fire pit!! Beds were comfortable and having the laundry was a great perk.
Great location if you like the quiet side. Which we loved. Host is very responsive. House is clean. I would rent again. Enjoyed the view and amenities I guess the only way it could be improved is by putting in a/c downstairs.
Very comfortable house for family of 4 along with 2 grandparents. The kitchen had what is needed to prepare a simple dinner. The view and location are great, peaceful surroundings and very quiet.Wonderful stay!
I can not say enough good things, about the house, property, and hosts! The house was super comfortable for a group of 7 women; the kitchen is thoughtfully stocked, the beds are very comfortable, the living room is cozy with great views of the sound. The property is beautiful, and the fire pit was a great way to finish out the day.And the absolute best part was Randy and Erica, talk about incredible hosts! They were attentive and responsive, had amazing recommendations for hikes, restaurants, and lobster pounds. Randy even brought out his big pot and helped us with a home cooked lobster boil. Such an incredible experience.
The house is very roomy for a large family. My grandkids had so much fun with the ping pong table and playing in the nice yard. The host is very responsive and good to deal with. It was very nice to have two washers and dryers. Kitchen is roomy. While we were there the temps during the day were warm so the basement got a lil warm. We really enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our family vacation - our 5 adult kids and us all had plenty of room and the location was so convenient to all the hiking trails we visited in Acadia, as well as Bar Harbor. The home was clean and comfortable.
The house was perfect for the needs of 6 adults and 3 kids ages 3-16. Great location between SW Harbor and Bar Harbor. Quiet....right near Echo Lake and Acadia hikes, and not far from Long Pond. Supermarket nearby, and great restaurants in both places
This place turned out to be a great place for our extended family of 9 to stay. It’s about 20 minutes from everywhere on MDI making it a great hub to see everything you want to see.
We had a wonderful time exploring Bar Harbor and the other harbors. The house was beautiful, great view, and very comfortable. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back
Beautiful and spacious property well located for all things Acadia national park. Owners are very friendly and communicative. Big kitchen for cooking and two refrigerators. Check-in and out were smooth.
The property was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and exactly as advertised. We were able to easily enjoy the attractions of Mount Desert Island, being centrally located, and had beautiful views and outside dining and entertaining spaces to enjoy the scenery at the house. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was really perfect for a quiet family get-away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
This home was perfect for our family. The view out back is amazing! This home had everything our family needed and more. We very much enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this house for others to stay in. This house was very close to Acadia National Park and downtown Bar Harbor. We even were lucky enough to see Deer outside a couple of times.
