House was exactly as advertised. Great location, view etc. House was exceptionally clean and owners were extremely communicative. I would recommend this location to anyone.
Stay was great and we enjoyed the quiet location. Everything was as expected and we saw a lot of wildlife which was awesome! We would recommend this property!
We loved staying in this beautiful coastal home. The kitchen included very nice appliances and plenty of dishes and cookware. The owner was friendly, responsive, and helpful. Nearby highlights included kayaking in the cove, visiting Acadia National Park, roasting marshmallows by the campfire, and taking a lobster and seal tour in Bar Harbor.
We had a wonderful stay at this rental property. The location was peaceful and absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature with so many birds to enjoy. Watching the sunrises and sunsets each day was a real highlight. The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing. The host was very responsive and made everything easy. much Dean for an amazing trip! We hope to be back again!
We loved staying at Timber Point. The waterfront views were amazing, the house was quite comfortable, and we saw plenty of deer on the property. The home is a bit secluded and requires 30-40 minutes to get to anywhere on Mount Desert Island.

Beautiful stay
The area and house are beautiful. Just a heads up that check in isn’t until 4PM and checkout is at 10am with a fair amount of chores to do (a consideration in costing as you more or less lose a day)
The house was very clean and gave a beautiful view of the water. It was so quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We heard and watched the birds as the tide came in and out. Our grandchildren enjoyed walking out on the rocks as the tide would go out. We watched a porcupine walked across the yard. We had a fire in the fire pit and looked at the stars.
My husband, daughter & family and myself had a lovely respite in this “perfect” location! Yes, we had to drive a lot to get places, but oh those locations were worth it and so was arriving back home!😊
