Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, living room, a full bath and kitchen. The master has a king bed with on-suite with shower and large tub. Upstairs is an open loft area, two bedrooms and one full bath. One bedroom has a king bed, while the other is setup with a twin bed and a bunkbed with two twins and full bed. It is a great set-up for a multigenerational family.
The large patio off the living room allows for outdoor dining and socializing all while enjoying ever-changing tides. The house is situated at the end of a private road with an additional 1.3-acre undeveloped property next door that includes a private trail to the water for even more views.
